Carlos is the Technical Lead at Consystex and is responsible for developing construction designs, plans and schedules for formwork projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific. He offers a first class approach to formwork engineering that is complemented by his long term exposure to projects with varying degrees of formwork. Carlos has been a key driver at Consystex in developing novel formwork methodologies that focus on the relationship between formwork design and customer service applications.

This role is primarily to assist in the efficient operation of the accounts department and process general accounts transactions. Full function accounts payable, full function accounts receivable, payroll, generate weekly/monthly reports for management, liaise with internal and external parties.

Wen has a key role at Consystex as he is the head of the manufacturing team. His extensive experience gives him the capacity to coordinate the team, to prioritize work loads and get the job done in needed timeframe. He manages this stressful position well. He has a sound knowledge of technical drawings and can visualize finished products, as well as foresee any possible flaws in design. Very tight coordination with Mariano at all times.

She ensures that processes and systems run smoothly by collecting and organising project data and processing stock orders to ensure timely project delivery. With a background in Industrial Engineering, she has led process improvement projects in countries such as Colombia, Argentina, and Australia for over 10 years. Beatriz’s strong focus on customer/supplier relationships allows her to maintain good communication between the internal team and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track for delivery according to schedules and project plans.

Won second place in the University of catholic of Colombia, Architecture Competition for inexpensive design. Created 3D models for a hotel made of shipping containers.
