We have different formwork solutions to create spherical geometries in your project. From polystyrene moulds lined with our Epoxi Lining to achieve a Class-2 finish or fibreglass moulds when the projects required multiple applications. We can make any diameter and customized the solution in based to projects requirement. Our Design Engineers modulate the system to suit your formwork and allow easy installation and stripping.

We have a special mention to the Mingwei Dome, where we created and applied a construction system based in polystyrene molds cut with CNC machine a 3d Robot creating an Architectural redesign to make the project reality and building this space in based of the concrete formwork method created from Consystex. The main problem faced was creating an opening in the dome, tangent with the corridor access to the space. There is a soft transition between the dome and the curve corridor in all the RL without creating any interruption in the fluidity of the space. The solution provided was possible and based on 3d models and 2d shop drawings done with the latest technological software to be able to have the maximum geometry control, details, and coordinate different parts involved in the process.
