Project Summery
The proposed mixed-use building is designed with a stepped, sculptural curvilinear form that spans up to 27 storeys. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the building’s location offers convenient access to various transportation options. It is situated near bus stops, train stations, and major arterial links, making it easily accessible for the residents, visitors, and workers. This strategic placement adds prominence to the site and enhances its connectivity to the broader city.
The design conceptualizes the deep tree-lined landscape characteristic of the Walker & McLaren Streetscape. The landscaping takes advantage of the site’s topography, using it to create attractive and functional public and private spaces. Throughout the development, the concept of a “botanically” themed design is referenced, both in the building’s form and the landscaping choices. This approach will integrate greenery and nature-inspired elements, contributing to a visually appealing and environmentally friendly atmosphere.

Challenge & Solutions
The ground floor of the building will feature retail tenancies, adding vibrant commercial activity and providing amenities for both residents and the surrounding community. On the first floor, there will be bespoke commercial suites, offering flexible and customizable office spaces. Consystex provide mould design solution and consultancy for these levels including the slab edge design features of curves and undulated corners designing and supplying EPS-Lined Class-2 inserts. It was very important to study different radius and profiles to be able to modulate and provide the setup installation to combine with the conventional formwork. The internal oversized chamfer column 1800 x 1800 and 1700×1700 was also achieved by using our Pink Tube in square columns application.
